Within this report it states "Residents, relatives and staff told the inspectors
that they were very happy living in the nursing home and that staff were kind to them, and this was evident from the observations of the inspectors." The level of care is top class in the Sacred Heart Hospital as I have witnessed many times on my visits to friends and supporters throughout the years. As it states in the report "Residents and relatives spoken to, and a review of resident and relative questionnaires indicated that they were satisfied with the services and care provided. Staff were observed to be caring and kind in their approach to residents and a number of residents told the inspector “the staff are nice”. "I couldn't have got better care" " staff are wonderful" The Sacred Heard Hospital in Roscommon needs our support. We need a commitment from the Government that funding will be provided to maintain this vital resource in the heart of Roscommon Town.
